We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager. This is NOT a remote position.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and support to an assigned group of customers. Day to day activities will include building relationships with facility managers and directors, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, service proposal review and submission and correspondence with internal teams. You will also provide and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and accuracy to ensure the best experience for our customers.


  • Interact with customers to build relationships and trust, act as a customer advocate, and resolve all customer issues
  • Be the point of contact to an assigned group of accounts and facilitate the interaction between the facility managers and service teams
  • Monitor and maintain the service level agreements with our customers
  • Respond to customer and facility manager requests for information and work order updates
  • Perform customer outreach and follow-up with designated accounts
  • Utilize internal data to identify customer trends and potential growth opportunities
  • Actively run client progress reports and assist in identifying areas of improvement
  • Review, edit and transmit all proposals and follow up with approvals
  • Meet all required measurables


  • 3 to 5 years customer service or related experience; HVAC experience is a plus
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems
  • Professional client interactions 
  • Self-Starter with a positive attitude
  • Detail oriented and organized with solid time management skills
  • Punctual, efficient, and flexible
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to work from 7am to 4pm
